目前国内无纸面(mian)石(shi)膏板生(sheng)产线(xian)的自动(dong)(dong)(dong)化程(cheng)度还未实(shi)现(xian)(xian),现(xian)(xian)处(chu)于手动(dong)(dong)(dong)和半自动(dong)(dong)(dong)水平(ping),受自动(dong)(dong)(dong)化水平(ping)的限制(zhi)(zhi),国内的无纸面(mian)石(shi)膏板的质量(liang)和产量(liang)均不能满足(zu)市场的需求;为了解(jie)决以上(shang)(shang)存(cun)在的问题,本设备提供了一套自动(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)统(tong);其所采(cai)用(yong)的方案是:该自控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)包括(kuo)中(zhong)央控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)室、温度控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)、配料工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)、成型工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)、切断工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)、横向输(shu)送工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)、烘干工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)、各个工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)之(zhi)间通过(guo) MELSCNET/H 网(wang)(wang)(wang)络(luo)(luo)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)环网(wang)(wang)(wang)连(lian)(lian)接(jie),构成控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)网(wang)(wang)(wang)络(luo)(luo)层;各工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)通过(guo) CC-LINK 网(wang)(wang)(wang)与智能控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)设备、变(bian)频器连(lian)(lian)接(jie),构成现(xian)(xian)场网(wang)(wang)(wang)络(luo)(luo)层;生(sheng)产控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)采(cai)用(yong)分布式 PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)统(tong), CPU 模块(kuai)选用(yong)西(xi)门(men)(men)子(zi) S7-300,现(xian)(xian)场I/O 模块(kuai)采(cai)用(yong)西(xi)门(men)(men)子(zi) ET-200S,人机界面(mian) HMI 为西(xi)门(men)(men)子(zi) WinCC。各控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)和上(shang)(shang)位(wei)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)心 SCADA 通过(guo)冗余工(gong)业(ye)以太网(wang)(wang)(wang)相连(lian)(lian),从而实(shi)现(xian)(xian)生(sheng)产过(guo)程(cheng)的集中(zhong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)和实(shi)时(shi)数据统(tong)一管理。设备级(变(bian)频器、分布式 I/O 等)采(cai)用(yong)现(xian)(xian)场总线(xian)通讯。电气控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)设备主(zhu)要包括(kuo) MCC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)柜、PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)柜、SCADA 操作(zuo)(zuo)员站(zhan)、现(xian)(xian)场各类检测元件。
